DCP3 Enterprises LLC ("Company," "we," "us") operates Fluffdesk. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using Fluffdesk, you agree to this Policy.
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, business info, client data, payment info), information collected automatically (usage data, IP address, cookies), and information from third parties (Stripe, Google OAuth, Square).
We use your information to provide and operate the Service, process transactions, send appointment reminders on your behalf, improve the Service, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
You are the data controller for your clients' information. You are responsible for obtaining consent from your clients to store their data in Fluffdesk and for complying with applicable privacy laws regarding that data.
We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the Service (Vercel, Railway, Stripe, Twilio), when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.
We use TLS encryption, encrypted storage, and access controls to protect your data. No method of transmission is 100% secure. We will notify you of any breach affecting your data as required by law.
We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon account closure, we delete personal data within 90 days except where retention is required by law.
You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time. California residents have rights under CCPA. EEA/UK residents have rights under GDPR. Contact us at privacy@fluffdesk.com to exercise your rights.
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this Policy and will notify you of material changes by email and by posting the updated Policy on this page.
